• I earned both a Biology (2000) and a Clinical Laboratory Sciences (2008) degree from Wayne State and have spent the previous few years working as a histocompatibility technologist at the UMHS Organ Transplant lab.
• I am currently a first year student in the PhD program

The thing that attracted me most to Wayne State was their close association with the medical school and numerous hospitals in the area.  This is unique relationship attracts faculty and students from all over the world which gives the school a reputation as a renowned research institution..
